Glen and Elaine Kluck are 2 of the most friendliest people around its an awesome shop, i've been buying Akubra hats from Glen for years and the service is undoubtedly amongst the best i've ever had and seen you allways feel welcome in their store no matter if you're just looking ,buying or even just for a yarn
