This caravan park is really good. Rusty and Julie are lovely people and Rusty is very handy at fixing things for us. And your also allowed to drink alcohol and have parties in the park. Would 100% recommend this place to stay for your farm work.

Nice on arrival until you've handed over cash. Had to ask for cleaning equipment to clean the caravan before I moved in yet had to pay a cleaning deposit? strange. Pay a deposit yet have to hand over your passport as well, so they can basically have you by the balls and squeeze more money out of you. Subsequently also left with no means of identification. "It's all about freedom" they recently installed at the entrance. Yet you can't even enjoy a single beer after work without being threatened of eviction by the three ferrity looking blokes that patrol the ground like they're something more than three blokes that have lived in a caravan their whole life. Ironic & Laughable.Despite this moral highground "no alcohol" ban, they encourage everyone to smoke weed and will literally not say a word to you if you're smoking a joint during a conversation with them, but a beer, god forbit you make that mistake. They even post fake threatening notes explaning that police are going to be patroling the site looking for alcohol yet never even utter the word drugs despite the constant aroma around the park. Looking at the recent news headlines, this came back to bite them on their lazy, hypocritcal arses.
The place is old, the toilet is not very clean. You have to pay 1 dollar to take 4 minutes shower. It's not possible drink alcohol or a simple beer. The owner is very nice...
