Ok here is my opinion of room motels Gatton. The first time I stayed here I thought what a comfortable place to stay for work because I work away a lot.I love the room I love the access to town and work. The first night I stayed I ordered room service and the meal was great.the job stalled so was sent home.i requested to stay again and they booked me in .On my first night I ordered the same meal again ,because it was so good, they happily took my money . An hour later my meal was no longer available so I was asked to settle for something I didn't want and when delivered I asked for the condiments that I was promised to be informed that they could make it from scratch if I wanted but by then I'm sure the rest of my meal would have been stone cold . I Had TO ASK FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN MEAL PRICE as it was not offered. And when I asked for the condiments that I was promised I was made to feel like it was my fault that they didn't have what I ordered and paid for in advance. VERY DISAPPOINTED
Clean rooms with a fair amount of space. Great breakfast! The owners are really friendly and promptly address any issues. Nice outdoor socializing area. The only real issue were the bar stools which are super uncomfortable to sit on!!
Well appointed we stayed in room with disability access, done well. Staff friendly. Streamlined check-in. Beds comfy. Very clean and tidy.
Great location for visiting Gatton. Room is clean n big n new. Staff were friendly n helpful. Nice stay overall. The only negative is not much noise insulation.
Fabulous pet friendly room thank you. Well set up for overnight stay. New facilities & very comfy. Will stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.
